| Bio: | Welcome to the Central Library!
The point and purpose of Central Library is to bring rare and unusual texts to the people of Amestris. There are stories of all sort to be found within the halls of this old building, comedies, tragedies, and of course let us not forget the romances. I invite you to peruse the bookshelves at your leisure, but I and the other librarians ask but a few things in order to keep the peace.
If you wish acess to the more esoteric and adult of our texts, you do need to sign up for a library card. It is a relatively painless and simple process. It is not required to read the texts in the main hall, but your are missing out on a treat if you are capable.
We also ask that you respect the texts and their content. The library does not allow for the texts to be checked out and left in the street - if you feel the need to share the wealth here with others then be sure to remind them that the books they are reading were original found at the Central Library.
Most of these books were actually purchased at common booksellers, and the librarians encourage you to seek out your own copies if you enjoy the texts within.
Also, as this is a library we ask that you please, keep your voices down and kindly don't incite arguements with fellow patrons. Not everyone's tastes are the same, so agree to politely disagree and leave it at that.

Distribution Policy:
.zip files are free to be distributed across the internet as long as they are unaltered. A linkback to the Central Library is requested but not required.
Unzipped images of the scans are allowed to be posted, but MUST be linked back to this journal.
Age Policy:
You must be 18 years of age to view the adult material in this journal. If it is discovered that you have lied about your age to gain access that journal will be banned without warning. It sometimes takes a few days for all card applications to be processed, so just be patient if it wasn't immeaditely accepted.
Scan Donation:
If you wish to donate scans that you have done, please contact hagane_no@adelphia.net for more information, or catystorm VIA AIM.
Translations:
If you wish to submit a translation, first check the Projects page to see if it's in queue for scanslation ... if it's not, feel free to contact one of the librarians with the translation. :D
